About the Programme

    The Senior Leadership Programme in Fintech is a first-of-its-kind premium Fintech certification programme. During the course, the senior faculty members engage with the learners. These faculty members are actively consulted by the government and regulatory bodies for policymaking. Learners will gain a sideline view of the emerging trends in the market and be better prepared for a Senior Leadership role in Fintech.

    A special discount offer exists only for a minimum of five nominations. A discount of up to 10% on the programme fee may be offered for bulk nominations of 5 participants or more from a single Corporate. However, the extent of the discount will be determined on a case-to-case basis.

      The programme design is well balanced between the day-to-day commitments of the participants. It will prepare learners for a Senior Leadership role and give them a thorough understanding of the fintech products. The curriculum includes a good mix of synchronous and asynchronous learning through Case Studies, Working Sessions, and Masterclasses.

        Our series of masterclasses from marquee CXOs will help participants relate to the day-to-day functioning of the senior executives in a leadership capacity under different contexts through a different lens.


        The minimum education qualification for candidates to apply for this programme is a UG Qualification. Either Diploma (10+2+3) or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (10+2+3) or (10+2+4).

          Candidates with two years of Master's Degree or equivalent from a recognised University (such as UGC, AICTE, DEC, AIU, State Government, etc.) in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks are preferred.

          Candidates require a minimum of 10 years of work experience post-completion of the qualifying education mentioned above.

          Admission to this programme involves a rigorous review of your resume and your statement of purpose by the ISB Admissions team.

            Only participants with demonstrated fast-track career progression and high learning intent required for Senior Leadership roles will be admitted into this programme.

            Selection is by invitation only and on a rolling basis. We generally overbook our batches. In case of an overbooked batch size, applicants in earlier selection rounds who have received their provision offer letters and paid registration fees to block their seats will be preferred over applicants from later selection rounds.

            ISB seeks participants with high intellectual rigour and intent to learn to complete the programme.

              Learners are evaluated throughout the programme through various activities such as in-video assessments, weekly / bi-weekly assignments, case-based assignments, capstone project, and mid-term and end-term assessments.

              They will qualify for successful completion only after fulfilling the programme evaluation criteria.


              The programme fee has been split into a standardised instalment schedule to facilitate ease of payments for participants.
