Prof Aditya Moses
Professor of Human Resource Management
Prof Aditya Moses is a faculty member in the Human Resource Management area at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He earned his PhD in Organisational Behavior and Human Resource Management with a minor in Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Prior to getting a PhD, he obtained an M.Sc. in International Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth, and a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai. Aditya is interested in studying People Science, Strategic Human Resource Management and HRM Technology. His substantive areas of interest include healthcare, diversity and inclusion, motivation, and international human resource management.

Professor of Operations and Decision Sciences
Prof Diptesh Ghosh is a faculty member in the Operations and Decision Sciences area at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He completed his doctorate fellowship in Operations Research and Systems Analysis from IIM Calcutta and holds a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. Diptesh has over 26 years of teaching experience. Prior to joining IIM Ahmedabad, he taught at IIM Lucknow and the University of Groningen, The Netherlands. He teaches postgraduate and doctoral-level courses in the broad areas of decision-making and operations research. His research interests include the development of exact and approximate algorithms for facility location and routing problems.
